Developed at AIRTEC HQ in the UK, we’re proud to launch our billet PCV baffle plate aimed at 2.0 Duratec engine owners who wish to fit an external oil catch can or improve their engine’s PCV set up with a simple, bolt on modification for track or fast road use.; Machined from billet aluminium, the plate allows the simple fitment of an external oil catch can via one, or both, of the M22x1.5 take-offs that have been machined into the plate.; Internally, the plate features extra baffles machined into the design in order to increase the surface area the engine crankcase vapour passes over, which decreases the amount of oil that is able to enter the intake.; This helps to reduce carbon deposit build-up from passing back into the engine and forming an oily sludge on all parts of the intake system, which reduces air flow and therefore performance over time.; Features: Allows an external oil catch can to be fitted Internal baffles helps reduce carbon build up Features one -way valve and adapter boss Replaces standard PCV set up Billet aluminium construction CNC precision machined Direct fitment and simple installation Anodised finish and engraved AIRTEC logo AIRTEC part number: ATMSFO102
