Application

Developed in-house at AIRTEC HQ in the UK, we’ve created a solution to improving the original air intake system to allow more flow whilst maintaining low intake temperatures, therefore improving response, sound and aesthetics within the engine bay.; This increases the capacity of the air box to allow the fitment of an 80mm cone air filter whilst retaining the original front air feed that ensures a constant flow of fresh air is forced into the air box.; The result is increased power, improved throttle response, heightened induction noise and a more pleasing look to the engine bay.; The kit is a direct replacement that requires no additional drilling or cutting to fit and comes complete with all the correct fixtures and fittings, as well as detailed installation instructions.; Fits: Astra J 1.3 CDTi Astra J 1.7 CDTi Astra J 2.0 CDTi Features: Comprehensive kit designed specifically for the Astra J diesel platform Large cotton air filter for improved flow and increased performance Utilises original air box base with an enlarged two-piece laser cut lid Retains original front intake to direct constant feed of cold air to the filter Improved soundtrack and under bonnet aesthetics Long lasting, high quality black powder coat finish Includes all fixtures and detailed fittin; Vauxhall
