ECS Track Engine Mount Without Mounting Ear - 1.8T / 2.0T Gen3; After years of Research & Development and stringent product testing by our in house engineers, we are proud to release the best engineered Engine Mount on the market!; Designed and manufactured in the USA using the finest quality materials, we have designed a Performance Engine Mount that controls fore/aft engine movement and allows for seamless power transfer to the tires all while being EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE!; Locking the engine in place is accomplished through two vertically captured 70A Durometer Polyurethane Bushings, encapsulated between three 6061-T6 Billet Machined Aluminum bodies using a corrosion resistant securing bolt.; Our design on the MQB cars had to be unique, as this new vehicle brought upon new design challenges.; Using the same successful polyurethane material used in other chassis, our metal components were revised to fit the MQB application.; Throughout rigorous long term testing we proved our design choices were successful with countless miles, hard launches and abuse, pushing our engine mounts to their limits!; Designed to absorb NVH while withstanding extreme driveline forces, we've engineered our bushings using an optimal formula and durometer polyurethane, tuning the natural frequency and preload to the forcing frequency of the engine.; Volkswagen; MQB
